My boyfriend and i broke up a few days ago at school. Right after school that same day i saw him kissing another girl. I know we broke up and everything but how did he get over it that fast? My question is how can i get over someone quickly? Any tips on how to forget about someone?

well obviously if he is kissing someone else the same day he wasnt a very good boyfriend anywyas.. and he probably got over it so fast because he didnt care as much for you as you probably did for him... the only thing though is time.. and just think about other things and hang out with friends just a have a good time... cuz you can get someone much better than him.. good luck...

It will be painful to hear this, but he was probably seeing her the entire time you were going out. He probably told her, "I'll break up with her so I can go out with you." He will most likely do the same thing to her. What a jerk, huh? To get over him, keep telling yourself "He's a jerk and I deserve better!" It's natural to have anti-male thoughts during this time. When I am in a man-hating mood I read Yu Watase's Ayashi no Ceres. It has helped me get over guys in the past and I'm sure you can find something similar that will do that same for you. You deserve so much better than anything that guy could ever give you. Keep thinking this way and you will soon be over him.

I think that your boyfriend is a complete jerk for kissing another girl on the same day that you guys broke up. I mean, I know that you are the one who broke up with him, but that gives him no right to do that. Before you try to get over him, confront him about what he did. Tell him that you saw him kissing that girl, and you didn't appreciate it because you guys had just broken up. Maybe he had a relashionship with that girl when you guys were still a couple, it's bad to think like that but that could be the reason. A way to get over him, well just think about all of his negatives. Maybe he's too short or talks like a girl. If you think about those, then you will know that he's not worth your feelings. depends how long you guys went out. if it wasnt that long like a week or whatever...maybe he had feelings for the other girl all along and just dumped you now so he could be with her. but if you guys were close and liked eachother alot...he could be using this girl..like to get over you.he figures now hes single and this girl probably means nothing to him. he didnt get over you that fast. and to forget about him-do the same thing hes doing. talk to other guys, go have a night out with your girls and enjoy the single life!! lol sorry im single right now after 9 months...and im loving it :) ...so just listen to break up songs..music always gets me through tough stuff...im sry that he did that-guys are asses

Been there. Just try to forget about it. I know its not what you want to hear, but you need to move on. One thing: dont let him see that that bothers you or he might make fun of you. Just flirt with other guys and just dont pay attention to him. Or, you could do what I did, ask him. xO ali
