Different people will tell you different things, but this is how I apply my eyeliner on the top, and I think this is the best way! :::<p> Lift up your lid, and do you see the pinkish part that is JUST below your lash roots? Apply it along that line but be very careful. It is totally safe to put it there! Brands that are good, are (duh, the mechanical pencils) Loreal and Stylo. I would suggest getting a DARK brown instead of black. Black is too slutty looking. lol, have fun! :D

To put eyeliner on your top eyelids, you just pull your lids towards your ears, sort of making your eyes look Chinese (I'm not prejudice by the way) and then just apply it really close to your eye and if you mess up, just take a q-tip, wet it, and fix it. Check out [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) for more tips on applying eyeliner. Some brands of eyeliners that work really well are Cover Girl, Maybelline, and MAC.

MAC (www.maccosmetics.com) Its expensive but works the best. Jane and NYC are cheap but good quality!

To apply eyeliner to the top eyelid, pull your eye towards your ear and put the liner on as close to the lashes as you can! Loreal is really good for eyeliner & so is Cover Girl Perfect Blend and Revlon! &hearts;Laura
