You need to start talking to him, whether it's online, by phone, or in person. Nothing is going to happen unless you do something. Just walk up to this guy and say "Hi" to him and once you get used to talking to him, you will want to talk to him.

if you like him you have to talk to him communication is vital to a relationship...but dont over call him or anything but talk to him alot more and then ask him out..dont believe that its wrong for a girl to ask a guy out..tell me wat happens!Good Luck!
