INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
milk, just enough to make pourable batter
PREPARATION:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in the beaten egg, melted butter, and enough milk for batter to pour easily. Mix lightly to blend. Cook pancakes on a hot, well greased griddle. This recipe for pancakes makes 2 to 3 servings, and can be easily doubled for a family. Sponsored Links

But, it really does depend on what brand or how big the quanitity of mix is, but there basically all the same. Some require like a third cup of oil, so if you want you can add it. For the pancake thing, check out maybe www.foodtv.com, you might find something, or you might want to try going to Barnes and Noble and looking at a little Kid's cookbook- they usually tell you how things began and stuff. Whatever kidn it is (bisquick, betty crocker) type that into google. then thee should be instuctions. But i'm sure you either have to add water, and then eggs and oil maybe- like i said, it depends on the kind.
