Hey I was just wondering, because I have a Samsung Digimax 130 camera, and it was on the top shelf of my desk and fellow like 5 inches down to the next, and now it won't work! Yikes! My dad is gonna kill me =( It won't turn on or anything. Shoot I'm dead. Please help. I will leave you good feedback and rate you well. =) Thanks in advance a zillion! =/

It should be ok. Please remove the memory card and re-insert it.

If this fails, look for a "reset" button, which will restore all factory settings and may help.

In any case, it is the very least expensive camera that company makes, so you shouldn't be in too much trouble. Tell the truth either way.

You will be ok.

Let me know how it goes,

DangerNerd.

Try to see if the back is loose or batteries or something like that. If not, just tell him your big butt bumped it and you tried to save it but it was just too late.

Those cameras can usually take a 5 inch drop... are you sure that the batteries are all charged up or that they havent been jolted out of place during the fall? Otherwise what I would do is to take it to an electronics shop and have them look at it (without telling your dad). Alternatively you could always pretend not to know what happened... as in "hey dad, this damn camera wont turn on!" - lol i dunno its an idea anyways, good luck 2 u

it's not like you meant for it to fall, or you made it fall on purpose, so just tell your dad what happened. if you tell him what happened ahead of time, and not wait for him to find out on his own, i'm pretty sure he wouldn't be so mad.
