I've gained like, 20 pounds since I broke up with my boyfriend a month or so ago, and i relaly want to lose at least ten of them again. I eat rather healthy, veggies every day, no cokes, and just a cookie at lunch. i just eat a lot, like, I'll eat so much, and won't realize I'm full until I stand up from the table. And then, I'm always so stuffed! And there is nothing i can do about it. Ever time I tell my friends I wanna lose the 10 pounds, they call me anerixic. well, haha, If you've ever seen me eat, you couldn't be more wrong. I couldn't ever not eat, but I want a way to control my eating so I can keep my tummy flat. I'm not fat, but my stomache is a bit bigger than I'd like, luckily, i haven't gained fat anywhere else.
I was wondering if i should throw up food sometimes if i eat to much. Not like, every day or anything, just if I accidentally over eat. How do you make yourself throw up? Does it hurt?

You could become 'addicted' to making your self throw up and before you know it you're bullimic.
Besides after throwing up you'll be hungry again which'll make you want to eat again which will then, make you want to throw up again and so on.
Have smaller portions of whatever you're eating. That way you can't let your self get too full because there's nothing left to eat. Don't go over the top and have next to nothing though, just a little less than what you're normally having.
Excersise more, no matter how healthyly you eat you're gonna get no where fast without excersising. Try not to do many excersises that are meant for building up muscle because that just makes you muscley and doesn't really burn off fat. Try www.toneteen.com for some good excersises.
If you ever feel the need to have snacks and such inbetween meals when you're at home you can carry around a glass with ice it in so whenever you want to eat something just eat the ice seeing as ice is just water and doesn't hold any calories at all.

Let me tell you what could happen if you started using vomiting as weight control.
Your teeth could rot out for one thing.Stomach acid is really hard on the old enamel.Not to mention what it will do to your gums.
Your body can get dehydrated and you will get irreguar heartbeats, which could lead to a heart attack.Or, you could just ruprure your stomach if you got into a regular habit of it.
So, I really don't think you even want to go there!
Eat 3 times a day, do not skip meals. Get yourself a small portion of everything mom makes for dinner,if you have to use a 1/2 cup measurer and measure it out until you get the hang of it.
Buy yourself some flavored yogurt for dessert and eat up to 3 of them everyday if you want to.
Exercise 30 minutes everyday. And you should be able to loose 10 lbs in no time.Or make up whatever works for you and stick with it.

But if your hungry all the time its because you have a fast metabolism. I have a flat tummy but my ass and thighs are big and I hate it but ppl think its sexy! But just cause you eat alot doesnt mean anything it just means you have a fast metabolism! Anyway you should consult a doctor!

with that out of the way, weight loss isn't that hard, but it is a lot of dedication. you need to set up a daily work out that is as simple as sit-ups and a weekly run. in the end, your entire body will feel better.
if you aren't into working out and/or want fast results then try Atkins. before you start any diet you should check with your doctor.
if you eat more than you'd like then instead of eating do something else. such as:
-dancing
-write
-make jewlery
-write to someone
-go for a walk with a camera and take random pictures of nothing in particular
-play in the park
-go to a movie or play
-design new clothes out of old ones
-etc.

I don't know if you take or buy a lunch but if you take a lunch try and buy. I know that at my school they have like so much u can buy like salads and soups and sandwhichs everday and u can get 2 of the 3 and its enough. If you buy your lunch don't buy junk or try to bring a lunch to school with a normal amount of food so you don't overeat. Also don't try to throw-up your food! It could become a habbit!
