heyy ok.. umm this has been going on for about a month now and i really cant take it anymore! my friends think ive changed, they think im dramatic, and they think im obbsessed with gossip.. me nd my 3 best friends have been best friends for 2 years now and everything was perfect then.. we never faught.. we never talked about eachother.. nd we were always there for eachother.. this year is different nd were all starting to fight.. nd my 1 friend always takes other peoples sides wen i fite with them.. its like she hates me.. nd i dont think any of them trust me.. nd oh yea my really good friend and i have been hanging out more nd they think i like her better then them and i dont! and they dont believe me wen i say i dont! i said i wanted to kill myself nd some1 told the guidance office nd now i have a therapist! ughh.. my parents now kno about it nd no1 leaves me alone at all anymore! nd another reason why they think ive changed is becuz i smoke nd im 13.. i kno its not smart but ive only done it a couple of times cuz people say it relieves stress nd as u can see theres been alot of that going on in my life! well thanx sooooo much for reading this and please give me adivice.. it would mean alot to me!<3

They can help you straighten your life back out, and you need to ask your friends to help you instead of betray you by teaming up on you. You also need help to quit smoking, theres no way that is helping you, you are basically abusing drugs by doing it because of sadness and stress. You can talk to your friends later, but for now, you need to go on ahead and see the therapist and get things worked out.

You shouldnt smoke eather because its not good. You can get addicted to that! I smoked when I was depressed and stressed out and you`re right it does kinda of help but there is other ways you can reveale stress.
