Lose weight!

Question Posted Saturday March 5 2005, 3:51 pm

Hi, I'm fourteen, 5"7 and weigh about 140 pounds.
I know this is only a little overweight, but I'd like to lose about ten pounds by the summer.
I don't mind if this is really steady (say a pound a week or something) but I'm having real trouble losing the weight.
Anyway, what I'd like to ask is can you guys please give me some advice on how to resist snacking and/or how to lose a pound or so a week?
Thanks so much xoxoxox

STOP EATING EVERYTHING YOU SEE. eat only celery and beef. I lost over 40 pounds doing this. but it also involved lots of vodka on the side.

Ok here is how to lose water weight a good diet if you need to loose only a bit of body fat, drink water for one full week while only eating dinner and if you have to eat during the day before dinner eat something that is filled with water for example cuecumbers, and while doing this run for a constant rate for about 21 mins a day if not more.

before you shove more cookies in your face ask yourself if you really want to be a fat ass or not. if you cant say no to food then you have no self control and its not worth it anyway. try going through all the fattening and unhealthy foods in your house and taping a picture of a really really overwieght lady in a bathing suit on them. so the next time you head for the junk food youll be reminded of how youll turn out if you eat it. also try excersising, like jogging or trying out for a sport.

when you get cravings, just drink a whole bunch of water until your stomach is full! water also makes your skin look amazing! and just eat your regular 3 meals a day. NO SNACKING THOUGH. and exercise.

To resist snacking, you need to distract yourself when ever you want to eat something when you shouldn't. Try wearing an elastic an when ever you get a craving, snap it and this will help you not to snack that much. To lose a few pounds a week to reach your goal of losing 10 pounds, you just need to start eating healthy, watching what you eat, and exercising daily. If your metabolism is causing you not lose that much weight, try to make it faster by eating differently each day; for example, tomorrow you can eat 5 small meals and the next day, you can eat 3 big meals and this will make your body confused so your metabolism will speed up. You can exercise right after you are done eat; start running or jogging on a treadmill. You will start to see results in a few weeks, that's if you don't cheat.
