a boy at school ok well i am 13 female and there is this boy named alex and he is really really hot and popular and he said that he needs a girlfriend becuz he is lonely and my friend adriana put all these girls names on a piece of paper and gave it to alex so he can rate them and my name was on there and he rated me a 1!!! I am not the prettiest girl alive and i am kinda overweight so what can i do for him 2 rate me like a 7 or sumthing???? and any advice about excrise so i can lose weigt???????

I wouldnt change how you look instead look for a guy who likes you for who you are. ]
You don't need to lose weight, just because this guy rated you a 1. It shows that he only goes for a girl's appearance and that's wrong. You really can't make him rate you higher because he already rated you but you can start wearing more make up and dressing differently and he'll notice you but then you aren't yourself. If you want to lose weight, just start eating healthy, watching what you eat, and exercise daily. You can run or jog on a treadmill and do crunches and sit ups and so on. You are who you are, and you should never have to change for a guy. He should like you for who you are. Besides, do you really want to go out with someone who's desperate for anyone to go out with him?? As I said before, he should genuinely like you.
Anyway, to get in shape for yourself, just walk, exercise, do crunches, and eat healthy.

If you really like this guy you can go on a diet. Most of these people that responded to your question said he was shallow or a jerk. But nobody wants a peron that doesnt attract them in any way. My best friend is over weight a little but she still gets boyfriends. Maybe you can take advantage of the situation and see what you need to change. ]
i really don't think you should change for this guy. If a guy doesn't like you for who you are then he is a loser. You shouldn't have to change for him. Be yourself i mean if you lost weight and things and pretended to be someone your not you will find yourself been unhappy and changing yourself for every Guy. Be yourself and most of all be HAPPY with the way you look!!! And if he can't like you for that then he doesn't deserve you! ]

Just because some hott guy doesn’t like you, doesn’t mean you’re ugly or not pretty or anything like that. And it’s good that you want to get fit and everything, go for it. Work out and eat better just to start out, seventeen magazine is having workouts each month for the whole year and try that. But you might want to find something else to motivate you, like that you what to get in better shape for yourself, not for some guy…. Good luck! ]

Aw..sweetie this boy sounds pretty shallow. Yeah he may be hot but he doesnt sound so nice.He shouldnt rate just based on looks. At that age..boys dont really see girls for who they are on the inside..which can get frustrating i know..because ive always been overweight. Dont lose weight just for this boy..wouldnt you want a guy who is sweet,nice,and likes you for who you are..and not your pants size?
If your going to try and drop some pounds..do it for yourself! As for excersising..i would say join a school team. They are great because you practice 5 days a week and its also tons of fun. If your not into the sports team thing..maybe join a gym with a friend..that would be pretty fun also. In my school there is a new fitness room with tons of machines. If you have that at your school maybe go there during a study hall or after school. At home you could take a walk. Walking is an easy way to really get in shape.
