To be pushy means that you are always bossing everyone around and you always want things to be your way and no one else's way. It's like you want to be in charge and have things go the way you want them too.

It means your basically pushing your view/ your way/ what you think / what you want/ how you want it/ when you want it on other people. Bascially you need to back off a little bit.

Being too pushy is when you try to boss everyone around, you always want things your way and your always in charge. You really don't wan't anyone doing things their way, it's all about how you do it and how you want it.
