my dogs really stupid i think she is blind and cant smell ill throw her food and it takes her an hour to find it when its right in front of her in the first place and shes mad stupid she only knos how to give kisses and go get your toy what can i do with her to make her smarter

Maybe your dog isn't so much stupid but maybe he/she has a vision problem? I don't think there's a whole lot you can do to make a dog smarter, though. You have to train them when they're young for them to be able to be trained easily, and well, their intelligence isn't something you can change. Just be nice to your dog, dogs are very affectionate animals and they just need attention. Be patient with him/her.
