Just tell them you could only pick one person, and it worked out that you picked her [ if you really want to, just tell them you drew names or something ]. If you don't like, sit there and talk about it constantly around them, they probably won't get mad, so just try not to bring it up all the time & things should be fine.

Maybe this isnt an option for you, but try to take your other friends like, on a mini vacation like 30 minutes away for the day. You can go to a mall or like, a mini amusement park. Taking your other friends will help them feel like you want to include them too!
<p>if you cant take anyne anywhere else, what i suggest is not to talk about it during school, dont keep it a secret, but like, dont shout out during lunch, "I cant wait till this summer!" When your friends find out, say that youve had it planned for a long time (like since last summer) and i dont think they will care if you just dont get all braggy and say how fun its going to be and stuff. Good luck!

Who cares if they get upset. There is no reason to be upset because they should know you can only take one friend with you.Just tell them, and if they get pissed about it tell them if you could take all of them you would but you cant so deal!lol

Don't lie to your other friends, but don't say anything unless they ask. If they want to know what you're doing this summer, you can tell them you and your friend are going on vacation, but don't go boasting it if they're the jealous type.

If they get really mad about it, they're not really your friends. Sorry if that was way too straightforward but I had to say it.

There going to have to deal with the fact that you took this girl with you. It's not really that big of a deal for you, but it could be for them. When I was in 9th grade my friend took me to Florida with her. Our other friends were mad at us because she didn't pick them, but they got over it. If they ask you about it, don't lie, tell the truth. Just say that you could only pick one and you picked her. Maybe next time you go on vacation you could take a different friend with you!
