Question Posted Saturday February 19 2005, 10:49 am
hey, I'm going to Florida in 3 or 4 days and i want to look a little "less" in my bathing suit... like losing 10 pounds. Does anyone have any ideas how to make it work [besides becoming anorexic or bulimic]. thanks so much
sunkistsarah answered Saturday February 19 2005, 1:05 pm: You are not going to be able to lose 10 pounds in three days inless all you did was work out and only eat like 1000 calories a day. But what you should do work out 2 times a day until you go and just make sure you are buring more than you are eating, but dont stop eating because that makes your metabolism to stop causeing you to gain weight. Maybe you should also try instead of eating 3 big meals, eat 5 small meals and dont eat 2-3 hours before you go to bed.
Hope this helps and good luck!
Have fum in florida, Where are you going there? i love it down there!!! [ sunkistsarah's advice column | Ask sunkistsarah A Question ]

Karen answered Saturday February 19 2005, 10:56 am: It's impossible to lose 10 pounds in 3 or 4 days because it takes about a week or two for some people to only lose about 5 pounds. If you meant that you are leaving in 3 or 4 weeks, than you can lose 10 pounds. Start eating healthier and exercise daily. Do crunches, sit ups, squats, and lunges to look "less" in your bathing suit. Running and jogging will help too. Hope I helped :)
