Watch the food network, they will show you step by step. Ask your mom and she will show you. I learned by watching my mom and helping her. I sugguest that you learn how to make pasta. There are a ton of pasta sauces and dishes that are easy to make. If you wanna no how to cook pasta then I can tell you, just email me at xoxoxobabex@yahoo.com

Go directly to your nearest book store and buy "Joy of Cooking". It is the most complete cooking reference out there. It covers everything...and I mean EVERYTHING. Follow the recipies exactly for awhile to get the hang of it and then begin to experiment. Cooking can be fun. And if the results are good, everyone flocke to your table.

Good luck!
