It covers everything...and I mean EVERYTHING. Follow the recipies exactly for awhile to get the hang of it and then begin to experiment. Cooking can be fun. And if the results are good, everyone flocke to your table.

I also watch the food network channel to learn to cook. You can check out cooks, or even take a class to cook! Also just ask your parents or grandparents or who ever cooks in your house!
