annoying girl
hello!! okay in my school there is this girl who thinks she is al that because her dad is "in the mafia" she has to have been like "my dads so busy cuz hes in the mob" or "im a mafia princess becuz my daddy is in the mafia". so the other day she sid "my mom was showing me this picture and she was pointing to all these guys and she was like 'hes in the mafia, and him, and him, and him too....' and then i asked who they were and my moms like "oh theyre your uncles" so i was thinking SHUTUP! in my head but instead i just said "right..the mafia" and she gave me this look like "omg" and like a really snotty look!! but i mean she ALWAYS talks about her dad being in the mafia! its so annoying she has to have said it like 20 times already im NOT kidding, i sit right behind her. I live in chicago illinios, preferably oak lawn, are there really mafia?? what should i say to her? what if she gets her dad and her dads mob to kill me or my famlily? thats why im scared to tell her 'honey, keep dreaming' or something but im getting really mad and i want her to shutup what shouldi say?! thanks for anyone who answers!

This girl needs to seriously watch what she says.Being in the mafia is a serious thing,her dad is obviously not in the mafia because it's a secret thing that you don't go running around telling people about it.I'm Italian,so i would never go around saying i know stuff about the mafia I know bettter lol.Just ignore her,she's probably tired with her own life,and wants to live in an imaginary one.

Yes, the mafia really exists...I married into it. Well, sort of. My husband is from New Jersey, and is Itallian (ok, that's just to Sopranos for even me!) But the thing is, the ones that go on and on are mostly wannabe mafia. Sounds like she caught the wannabe from her father. OR she watches too many mob movies. The point is, is her dad really was Family, she would have NO IDEA. He would be "in construction" or something like that. So blow her off, call her bluff. Sounds to me like she has some issues that she hopes to solve by calling attention to herself. Guess she's not so special if she needs a gimik to be "popular".

Ok, here's the sitch. The mob is a VERY secret organization and they don't flaunt the fact that they are in the 'mob'. So its not true, because the people in the mob don't even usually tell their wives, why would she know?

Why would this girl be sayin her dad is in the mafia...its dangeous for kids to say stuff like that about their families...especially if they dont know the kinda things they do in this "mafia." By the way i think a mafia is diff then a mob. Maybe u should like say something like "Its very intesting that ur dad is in the mafia...exactly wat does he do....." see wat she says, chances are....she is just trying to be cool. If she cant answer the question, she wont bring it up again. If she does answer with a smart answer, just calmly tell her that everyone knows about her dad and the "mafia" and we dont need to hear about it n e more. Hope i helped.
