How can you slim down your legs? I have big thighs and I was just wondering if there is a way to slim down ONLY your legs.

Usally when your skinny and you have "big" legs there muscle and you probally dont have"big" legs anyways but to get read of some fat you can do leg exerises like kicks and squats look some up on google and SevenTeen mags have exersices that can work for legs every month try looking it there too and eat right, jogging and running help also! ]
eat healthy and run a lot look up some leg excercises on the web

To slim down your legs, you need to do leg exercises such as leg lifts, squats, and lunges. Running or jogging on a treadmill will help too. Hope I helped :)

just do cardio..I promise you'll lose those legs..I did it and itt worked for me. I also changed my diet..I still ate what I wanted just less of it. If you try that I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.

By doing leg exercises like the ones people told you so you first build muscle, and then the muslce burns the fat. Thats the only way. because if you diet, your body chooses where to lose it...I wish it didnt though! i wish we had a choice! ]
ok normally everone has big thigh ii have big thighs idk how to slim down your legs b4 you go doing it just know that its probably just muyscle and muscle helps xoxo love

this really helps:lay down on the ground and slowly lift your legs (keep them 2gether) and slowly bring them back down but dont let them touch the floor.its really hard,but remeber u have 2 do it really slow. ]
