sorry it's long...
okay. i'm depressed. yesterday was the worst day ever. it was two of my sisters birthdays. my youngest sister passed away before she saw her first birthday. my older sister... well she was like drinking all the time and sneaking out of the house al the time and sleeping around. well she moved down to my dads and upset the whole family. yesterday just reminded me of all the bad things that happened and i was really cranky. i yelled at my b/f and best friend and now i feel really guilty. how can i make it up to them when i'm so upset?

You might consider planting a tree in your youngest sister's honor. Try to create something positive to help alleviate the negative. [ chaos's advice column | Ask chaos A Question ]

These people care about you, and if they know what's going, they'll understand. You just need to talk to them, let them know you're not angry with them. It'll all be alright.
