my friend knows i like him and i gave him my number today cause my friend gave him the wrong number. and i gave him ahug and he gave me one back. he seems to be protecting me by standing up for me when people make fun of me or when people are stocking me like this one boy who likes me but i don't ike him. does this mean anything that he is standing up for me?! could it be a sign of love?! what should i do to thank him?

It really sounds like he fancies you back. Happy dance you :-) Why don't you be brave and ask him out? Alternatively, you could wait to see if he asks you first, but if you don't like waiting take the first option. well i doubt it's love, but it could be a sign of infatuation, there is a difference, it could mean that he does like you though, if he's willing to stand up for you and protect you, but you've also got to concider the flip side, it could just be him protecting you like he would a sister

He might like you as a friend or maybe more than a friend. It depends like my boyfriend and my guy friends stand up for me but that's just me. To thank him just be a really great friend or if it turns out that he becomes more than a friend be a really great girlfriend. that's what i would do. i hope this helps.

Aww, thats really sweet...Seems like you found your match. If you ask me you should give him a chance see what he is doing this weekend, go see a cool movie and hang out and go out for ice cream. That would be awsome then late at night when he is takin you home tell him you feel towards him and you dont wanna ruin your relationship as friends over a relationship and stuff! If he likes u and cares about you as much as he shows then he will understand!!
