any one gotta clue where to buy low rise jeans in the mall that arent that expensive like maybe under 25ish? tell me the store and how much they cost, why thanks!

I get most of all my jeans at Marshall's. See if you have one where you live. I my jeans cost 18.00 at the most and they have all name brand stuff.

Try department stores, particularly JCPenney and Filenes. They have really awesome sales really often and their juniors departments are full of cute low-rise jeans.

Stitches has a lot of nice jeans along with Old Navy, $15-20. I don't know if you have the stores, Eclips or Jeans Experts but they have great prices on jeans. They range anywheres from $20-25 and $30-40. The less expensive ones are the same as the expensive ones, if not, even better and nicer!
