Anorexia

i am just gonna come out and say that i've been playing with anorexia but i have a question regarding the actual cycle. I'll do really well starving for awhile then ill end up binging and it just throws all my hard work out the window. what are some ways i can curb my appetite-are there any tips to prevent yourself from eating id rather just not put it in my mouth to begin with because if i eat too much ill throw it up anyways. also everyone always says to drink a lot of water to curb ur appetite but i do then i gain even more water weight-i know its just water weight but it makes it that much harder to step on the scale. help please!

listen im gonna say this straight foward im only concerned you really need to get help i "had" a friend that was anorexic and she died from it this is a very serious matter and you really need to tell someone that can help you get help. i also have to tell you i was once anorexic and "I" almost died I was 13,73lbs,and 5'3 ok now im 14 5'4 and weigh 109 lbs. i was in the hospital for 4 months and if i had put it off one more week i would have been dead. I know it's hard to admit that your anorexic and get help but it has to be done. ok
IM TOTALLY SERIOUS

well im not going to answer the actual question because im not trying to give people a plan on how to make a long hard painful death. you need to stop. i have expierence with this and the same thing happened to me though. i would always mess up, eat too much, and throw up. im now doing better. (i was anorexic until about a week or two ago) im eating healthy and losing more wait than i would've by starving myself. if you think your not skinny enough then you need to just start eating more healthy foods. good luck - and plz start eating!

ok first you have to tell some one..if something happenes like just a fall you could die..im not lying or anything because your becoming so weak that you cant help your body..also skipping meals arent good,when you go more than 5 hours without food,you will get too hungry-and overeat later on! plus,chronically starving your body slows your metabolism,so you will gain more weight once you start to eat normally again..so STOP!!!

I cant believe you are asking this....First of all you shouldnt be doing that to your body its stupid....your slowly killing yourself....ive known and heard people who have died or Almost died from that...it ruins your body and i know once you start you think you cant stop but its hard you have to work at it...try going to a counselor about this get some help because i dont want you to die or get hurt...and im sure your family and friends feel the same....

okay stop right there! why are you straving yourself?! is it because people are making fun of you because of your weight?! take it from a girl who is really skinny already! start eating again, i hate being skinny it's not fun and i once tried to strave myself and i did it for 1 week and i lost about 5 pounds and for me that was a lot! my doctor and mom started to worry and stuff. the point is, is that you shouldn't do this i suggest you go and tell someone you feel close to go get help don't do this to yourself. don't you see this isn't the right way you can just excercise and workout to lose weight and not have to strave. go to a doctor and maybe work out a diet plan or something. you shouldn't have to result to anorexia to lose weight. i know it may seem like that's the only way you can lose weight but it's not there are other ways and i think you should explore them. if you need to talk to anyone i'm always here and if not leave a message in my inbox.

Are you concious of your weight? is that why you're going anorexic? I know sometimes it's a controlling issue, and sometimes it just because you think you're fat. Really you need to eat, it's the most important thing to our bodies. When you don't eat the body thinks that the last thing you ate was the last bit of food it will ever get. The body slowly starts to shut down so it doesn't have to use that much energy. This includes the metabolism. You know that if you go anorexic you're going to be found out and some way or another you're going to recover from anoreixia or die, that's just a fact of life. When you recover from anorexia because the body started to shut down your metabolism is much slower, causing you to gain more weight faster. So in reality anoreixia can only make you fatter
:( Try eating healthy in very small portions to start out with. Maybe a bit of salad here and some crackers there. When you've finally started to eat normal, eat healthy salads, no junk food, drinking lots of water. Then you can exercise, it's extremely hard to exercise when you're anorexic, you just don't have the energy. If you have the energy you can run, and then you'll lose weight. It's actually said that if you eat small portions of good food throughout the day, ie: 6 meals a day, but small portions. Breakfast: a banana or apple, anything healthy, then maybe some more fruit or a small salad. For lunch half of a sandwhich, a snack the other half later. Always drink lots of water before dinner so you dont over eat, and don't eat after 6, you want to burn off the food before you sleep and turn it into fat. Try using these techniques. I promise you anorexia is an unhealthy way, I suffered from it for a while then i learned how it would only make everything worse. You probably are really skinny and pretty, there's no reason to treat your body in these ways. Eat healthy, you'll still lose weight, you'll be happier, you'll have energy, and most importantly you'll be well nutritioned so you can think! good luck, I really hoped this helped and I really hope you consider everything i said.

ok, see i dont really think anorexia is the best way to lose wieght,theres better way's trust me. but if you feel ok with what your doing and want to continue no one an stop you,but if you do you can try eatting something little every so often not anything bid mabye some type of crackers or a cookie or 2 or something.
