I have smoked for 6 years and I have had to drop many times. Ironicly I just applied for a job and I have to drop. I smoked on Monday and today is Thursday night. I have been drinking lots of water and taking some pill that my friends say can clean out your system. I forget what its called. But I would say turn in the app and if you must, smoke the day before your interview and call it quits until after. Drink a lot of water...or you could go to the head shop, if you got one and buy a 30 dollar bottle of stuff that promises to clean your system out or your money back. But I would not fork out the money for that. Good luck!
AKSherma answered Sunday January 23 2005, 2:56 pm: Weed and the stuff that drug tests test for is fat soluble, which means that it stays in your system for a while. A urine test will come up negative in less than a week, however, I have known several where they take a hair sample and unfortunately that stays a bit longer (3-6 months depending on hos frequently and how much you smoke).

Courckypooh answered Saturday January 22 2005, 10:48 am: Let's start with
1. WHY THE HELL DO YOU SMOKE WEED!!! You can go to jail for it, and eventually you will get killed from it. It ruins your life so if you ever want to get a good job and have a good life, STOP.
Sorry if it sounds mean and nasty, but it's the truth. [ Courckypooh's advice column | Ask Courckypooh A Question ]

Wenzie answered Friday January 21 2005, 11:33 pm: The scientific time is about 6 months, but i have heard of some home remedies. One is to drink a measured cup of white or pure vinigar and then a day after go take the test, but it all depends what kind of test this is it can be urine or blood, blood is more detectable then urine, another remedie is taking i think it is eight low strenght tylonol but im not sure how healty that is so i would recomend not trying that one.Now im not 100% on this but i have heard about them, another thing is this test might not even be true it might just be a scam to try and scare drug users away.Best Of Luck [ Wenzie's advice column | Ask Wenzie A Question ]
Reesespieces022 answered Friday January 21 2005, 10:06 pm: this kind of depends on the type of drug test they're doing. there are different tests they can use, and some can detect drug use farther back than others. i'd find out which test they'll be using before you take it. MummuM answered Friday January 21 2005, 9:52 pm: It's going to stay in your system for awhile, especially when you just smoked it yesterday. And since you did, it's going to show up on your drug test. You could always drink a cup of white vinigar (yeah it sounds gross), and then take the test the next day. It'll help get the weed out of your system.
