hey ok..please help me on this...ok..there is this guy right?? yeah he is my neighbor and he is 2 years older than me. But i dont see why?? i mean he said that it would be weird if we went out or did anything because we are neighbors...i dont get it. what should i do?? i mean i hang out with him when my friend is over but he flirts with her. (kind of) i might be imagining it. but i think about him ALL THE TIME. i cry alot too i just need help BIG TIME...WHAT DO I DO>?!?!?!?

He could be for real too. I'd never date any of my neighbors, ya never know if it'll last and if it doesn't it will suck to keep running into him.
