A while back i posted a quuestion that my mom was forcing me to exerise.....And yet it continues. She brings me to the same place EVERY time. I exerise on my own ,yet she still forces me to exerise. What can i do to stop her from forcing me to exerise??

S_C answered Monday January 17 2005, 3:30 pm: Let her know that you excercise on your own time, and if you over do it then you could pass out or something. You can't excercise all the time. As long as you do it 1 hour 4-5 days a week you're good. You don't need more than that, and if you get more than that then it is UNHEALTHY for you!!! Let her know that!!! If she doesn't make you do too much then suck it up, but if she really really really²²² makes you do it a whole lot, enough to the point you feel you'll pass out then tell her to back off. Sorry I'm not of much help, but good luck. Adults can be such ****** haha. [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]

Explain you feel you are doing well enough on your own. Also say whatever I said the first time. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]
