gabbyisRAD answered Saturday January 15 2005, 10:43 pm: Volleyball is horrible. I play too. It does that sometimes lol. But yes, it probably is the volleyball. It will go away within a few days. Just cut back a little of the volleyball within the rest of the week. It should go away. If not, tell your parents or doctor. [ gabbyisRAD's advice column | Ask gabbyisRAD A Question ]
xO_Natalie_Ox answered Saturday January 15 2005, 10:43 pm: It probably was, I have never heard of someone playing 10 hours straight of volleyball... I would think you would pass out. It happens to me a lot My muscle seems to tighten I think it's called a muscle spasm but I went to the doctor for it and they just said to strecth it more... If it happens again call your doctor but if it's only a one tiem thing I wouldn't worry about it. [ xO_Natalie_Ox's advice column | Ask xO_Natalie_Ox A Question ]
Karen answered Saturday January 15 2005, 9:50 pm: I don't think you have a charlie horse but you may have pulled a muscle. Did you stretch before you played for 10 hours? Try resting it and ice it for now. Hope I helped :)

Sherry answered Saturday January 15 2005, 9:31 pm: You probably pulled a muscle. Wait a few days and if the pain isint gone, go to the doctor. I had that exact pain because I didn't stretch out for dance, and like 3 days later it was ok. So i think you be fine! [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
