Absolutely miserable!! I'm a cat lover... had mine for almost 18 years and finally had to have him put down almost 2 years ago. Although I miss him dearly I'm still not ready for a new kitty. He was my baby! I love my boyfriends cat and that helps... and I'm getting a little break from the hair and litterbox. Someday (soon I hope) I'll be ready to commit to another furrball in my life!

Speaking from experience, a no furry pet policy for four years in college, I can tell you it would be sheer HELL> No one to cuddle or make innocent demands on your affections. Nothing to love you when you are at your worst and mad at the world. Nothing to take care of that wouldn't grow up just to hate you. I'm so glad they exist!

It would be boring!! I could never survive without my rat and 3 dogz!! People would be lonely, and the blind would have a harder time getting around without their dogz!!
