It's highly impossible that you have a disorder. You just need to get out more and hang out with friends. I was once in your situation feeling nervous and all. But you know it takes practice in feeling right when around people.
Go the mall often you don't have to buy anything. And most of all be yourself. You really shouldn't put much pressure on yourself for people to like you. What's important is what you think of yourself. [ StagePerformer's advice column | Ask StagePerformer A Question ]

bAhAmAmA0250 answered Wednesday January 12 2005, 12:57 am: i dont think so you are probably extremely shy. My friend Tim is just like that & he is so quiet. That is the exact reason i dumped him. Thats how quiet he was. If he said something it was like WHOA! HE SPOKE! so i dont think anything is wrong-trix [ bAhAmAmA0250's advice column | Ask bAhAmAmA0250 A Question ]
JadedinNowhere answered Tuesday January 11 2005, 10:10 pm: no, you don't have a disorder.. you may be overactively shy.. or maybe you're autistic? but I highly doubt it. There are many people that are shy. Look out for another one of um and I'm sure you guys will make good friends because you will be equally as nervous when meeting eachother and end up laughing about it later. Mercy_x_Me answered Tuesday January 11 2005, 7:50 pm: Well we need more details to really determine that but my guess is your just a little shy. Speak up, or practice what you'll say to people before hand. If you need any other sort of help, let me know. [ Mercy_x_Me's advice column | Ask Mercy_x_Me A Question ]
