Eat less portions of food and cut back on the junk food and snacks, example, you are going to the movies and you want popcorn, NO YOU CAN NOT HAVE POPCORN!! Wake up early in the morning and jog around your block, but have a good nights rest! Excersize at the gym 2 times a week if not 1 time at least. Try being active in those 6 months, try to be more active in p.e. when the coach says run, dont walk, RUN!! Try dancing (a very good excersie for loosing weight!!) BEST OF LUCK!

Anonymous124 answered Monday January 10 2005, 10:36 pm: lets face it.. your most likely not going to loose 80 pounds in 6 months. I used to weigh 200 pounds and now i weight 145.. pace yourself.. you can't loose weight to fast. Try eating healthier, and working out everyother day, but as time goes on progress.. i think you could loose uo to 50 pound :) [ Anonymous124's advice column | Ask Anonymous124 A Question ]
xalexbabix answered Monday January 10 2005, 7:59 pm: i think that you should run like 2or3 miles a day then theirs a diet called the akens diet which works cuz my parents did it and you should be more pumped and do like 200 crunches a night and you should lose that much wait.hope that i helped.<3 alex [ xalexbabix's advice column | Ask xalexbabix A Question ]
crazybrunet09 answered Monday January 10 2005, 7:26 pm: try running about 3 miles a day- at first (if you have never been into running) you'll probably walk most of it- but push yourself a little harder every day! and try listening to music- and on top of that try the south beach diet- my parents use it and it works! i know this sounds drastic- but thats alot of weight to lose in a short time! also- a fun way on top of that- just play some sports- like go out and dribble a soccer ball or basket ball. hope i helped. xoRachel answered Monday January 10 2005, 7:24 pm: That would be really hard. Instead try setting a goal to, let's say, losing 10 pounds in a month. That way you won't feel let down if you don't reach your goal. It depends how badly you want to lose weight to decide how much you want to exercise. I'd say run at least 3 times a week, do crunches, pushups, jump roping, and if you have a playstation 2 and have the game ddr that really helps too =c). Stay away from the fatty foods like chocolate or anything with a lot of sugar. Hope I helped!
Sherry answered Monday January 10 2005, 7:19 pm: No way! that would at least take a year. If you want to do it, do it healthy! Its a slow process but you'll see the pounds go away and yeah its more healthier. just eat right exercise a lot..but dont get discouraged if it takes a while to lose the weight! Heres a rule to go by while on a diet: Dont look at the scale everyday because that will just confuse you. Your wait fluctuates. Instead focus on how your clothes are becoming looser! Good luck:) [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
hottdancer134 answered Monday January 10 2005, 7:11 pm: if you really set your mind on it you can do it! do crunches, eat healthy, measure the amount of fat in the food you eat, drink water, and exersise like crazy! you'll do it! hope this helps!
