this is not really a diet but you can start by slowly eating less sugars until you basically don't eat too many sugars such as drinking cokes and other soft drinks you could lose some major weight when you cut back on the sugar but you have to take i one step at a time or else your body won't get used to it if you take drastic measures ]
all my friends say that i am not overweight because i am like a stick but i feel like i have a little stomach if you know what i mean tell ur parents to get sweets out of the house ( my mom and dad do that) and tell ur friends to watch your diet ( my friends watch mine) oh and dont do 100 sit-ups if you are planning to laugh the next day haha your stomach gets really sore and it hurts ( i tried it and i ended up getting laughed at since i couldnt laugh) ]
Eat vegetables or go on the 2, 4, 6, 8 Diet.
Let me explain, The first day you eat 200 calories, the second day you eat 400 calories, the third day you eat 600 calories, and the fourth day you eat 800 calories, and you repeat! :) ]
dear in need,
well you dont have to go on a diet. but not all excersises are boring. a really fun one for me is swimming. and there are a few indoor pools open in winter time. and theres this really fun excersise machine thingy. its called the AB lounge 2 its soooooo fun and it really tones your abs and you can eat whatever you want! glad to help! ]
Do you like sports? Dancing? Try some! Go outside and kick a soccerball around or go shoots some hoops at the park. Try to eat all the food groups a day.
Hope that helps! ]
since you dont like doing boring exercises you could maybe turn some music on and run..or since you have cravings you dont really need to eat that much because your taste buds are already enjoying the taste so you dont have to eat til your full..i no you might think im this crazy person but its true i saw it on tv ]
Proper, healthy long term weight loss is dependant upon a change of lifestyle. You shouldnt diet, its generally bad for you or will make you prone to regaining the weight later. What you need to do is to slowly change your eating habits towards a balanaced diet. Dont omit any food group, just eat smart and keep saturated fats (from butter, lard, fatty meat etc) low. Then you create a small calorie deficit (say 300 to 500) and/ or increase your excercise level. The key thing here is to keep your metabolism working at a high rate. Starving yourself or eating rarely has the opposite effect. Make sure you eat 4 to 6 small meals a day. Also the most effective things you can do to elevate your metabolism and burn fat is to do weights. However if this falls under the "boring exercise" heading then just pick a sport you have fun with. As for the cravings, thats the really hard part. All i can say is that if you give in to them at any point, dont give up everything else. Most people think like this, they say "oh what the hell, I ate that burger I might as well have some ice cream". If you fall of the horse, just get back on and keep riding.
Oh, and this is just to clarify since the person above me clearly misunderstood what I was saying- I dont mean you should eat 300 to 500 calories a day, I am saying you should cut that from your diet (eg eating say 1700 cals instead of 2000- depending on your requirements). ]
