Those are so annoying when you're trying to talk to someone. Don't get them. Just go to your regular icon site like [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), or [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) to find better ones. Hope I helped :)

Those talking ones are from people who have AOL. They are called SuperBuddy Icons. I don't think you can get them from AIM--unless you pay for it. They also have other sites you can go to for icons such as [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) I think they have moving ones, but not talking. Good luck ♥

If you have something called expressions on your AIM then click it. The talking icons are called SuperBuddy icons, and they cost money. If you type in free icons they're are a few that are free.

They are for AOL. They are the "superbuddy" icons. If you have AIM, you have to pay for it.

The ones that talk you get on aol. You have to be an aol user to get them. Sorry if you aren't.. :/ but they get annoying to other people anyway.. haha.. believe me, I'm always asking people with them to change them.. gah.. so annoying..
