healthy snacks

okay so i always have the munchies and like i usally go straight ta the chips and chocolate! wut are some good but healthy snakcs i can chomp on till dinner time?

Go to the store, and look at all of the different foods that are in the fruits and veggies section. Maybe you'll find something that you've never had before. Also, if you go to vegetarian sites, they always have really good healthy snacks that you can eat. If you must have cookies and chips, go for the low fat/ low calorie snacks. I like tea, which can hold off your hunger until later. Green tea is excellent for your body, and can make your hunger subside. Yogurt is also very healthy, or cheese and crackers, cheese. You could also try energy drinks such as Boost to help you stop your cravings. Good Luck!!

Celery and peanutbutter is the greatest! Celery is a very healthy vegetable..but it doesnt taste so good by itself. So add some peanutbutter! It tastes SO good. Go to the store and grab some. *Tip: The squeeze bottle of the peanutbutter would be easier because you just squeeze it on the celery stick..rather than spreading it and making a whole mess!* You can also get some other vegetables and maybe some dip? There's those Special K Breakfast Bars too. I know there's strawberry flavor but I'm not sure if there's anything else. But anyway--those are really good. I even eat them in the afternoon as a snack because they are so good! Yogurt is OK to eat--but it can only be plain vanilla yogurt (yuck!). But if you like that, its okay. I usually eat fruits and stuff, or thoughs crackers with peanutbutter or cheese in the middle!

well idk about you but i have the same problem, i'm trying to keep my figure as well. next time you go to the supermarket (i work at stop and shop so this is how i know) they have these things called "cottage doubles" in the produce section. they're delicious and healthy as well. they also have a wide variety of selections. yogurt is good as well. certain beverages can fill you up as well, like a good old fashioned glass of milk or water. they fill up your stomach but its really only water, so it's not like you gain weight. .:.curbside prophet.:.

You can have some saltine crackers, crackers with anything with it like cheese, a sandwich, celery and apples (I like mine with peanut butter), any other fruits or vegetables, and anything else like that! Hope I helped :)

Hey! I know what you mean I'm always hungry but don't want junk! Try eating carrots, apples w/ peanutbutter, the healthy popcorn, rice crackers, chhese and crackers, or any kind of healthfood snack. You can go to Trader Joes or any other grocery store and ask for a healthfood section. They have lots of good food that is lowered in calories and junk for people who want to eat healthy. Most of the food still tastes good, too! ♥
