evilenterprisesinc answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 9:25 am: get a belt.. cut the metal off and attach some velcro.. it works its what i use at work so we dont scratch the cars..
xhillary answered Monday January 3 2005, 8:29 pm: A lot of belts don't have metal in them.
As people said, look for ones without metal.
And how does the belt touch your skin, just out curiosity? Lmao. Because, it goes in your belt loops, around the waist of your pants. o_o [ xhillary's advice column | Ask xhillary A Question ]
StrawberryHEARTsyou answered Monday January 3 2005, 5:14 pm: Ok So if your a lergic to metal then maybe look up on the internet some belts that dont have metal in them.,. if you do not feel like doing that then have soem jeans be costum made for you.,. because you cant change your alergic reaction and its really hard to change your size. But i am sure there are belts that dont ahve metal{ the stringy kinds that you just tie}!
SO good luck [ StrawberryHEARTsyou's advice column | Ask StrawberryHEARTsyou A Question ]

Shortie8959 answered Monday January 3 2005, 4:20 pm: Well I know that at the Gap, they have sizes 2, 4, 6, 8, and so on. I don't know if that's any different, but maybe. Ask your doctor what you should do, maybe there is a certain prescription he/she can give you. I know you don't want to stop wearing them, but you should, just until you see what your doctor has to say. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

FlipNtwistQT24 answered Monday January 3 2005, 3:52 pm: Dear metal allergy,
All you need to do is just take in your pants a few inches and then u dont have to wear a belt!
hiximchristine answered Monday January 3 2005, 3:40 pm: uhm idk what to say, but my thought would be to wear underwear that like your belt goes over so it wont touch your skin. I mean like, Put on a pair of undies, that go up to your waist..not litterally up to your waist but you know what i mean, then put the belt on and see if it touches your skin, if it doesnt then your in luck and if it does then i dont know what to tell ya..tlk to your doctor or something..sorry [ hiximchristine's advice column | Ask hiximchristine A Question ]
rainbowcherrie answered Monday January 3 2005, 3:37 pm: It's a nickel allergy, I know because I have it myself. What you need to do is buy some clear nail polish and put that on all your belt buckles. Honestly, it really works. There's no point trying to put something between your skin and the buckle because it never works, I've tried. Your best bet is the nail polish.
