Me and my mom made a dealy bribe about the PSAT; I read a big book on it and take a practice test, and I could get somethin special. She had been really adamant about not getting a second hole before (I'm 13), and this is the first time shes actually said that I could (I've done a bunch of bribes before that she held out on.) But also, she said, instead that I could get a new, fancy schmancy cell phone instead of a second hole, maybe even she would split the price on a laptop! (But that would be all my $$.) What should I do? lol

get whatever you think you need the most. if you already have a cell phone that works fine get the laptop- you will probably have to end up getting one sooner or later anyways. but if you already have a nice computer than get the cell phone. but if you still cant choose, i would go with the laptop. who needs a fancy cell phone-- as long as you can call, receive calls, and get messages, the one you already have should be okay. hope i helped. please rate. xox sara

it never hurts to practice for the SAT's...you'll be alot more prepared and you'll deffinatly get passing grades in english and math...plus, your getting offered good stuff for doing the work...when you get it...you'll know you really deserve it, it'll make you feel good... and the studying isnt that bad...its interseting to learn new vocab words that you havent seen before...

It depends what you want most. I would say forget the second hole because that's not that big of a deal. Laptops are pretty expensive--but it's a good deal. She'll pay half, so I'm guessing you'll pay around $500 to $600 (depends on what you get). If you really want/need a laptop then go for it. Just think--if you get the cell phone--are you going to use it a lot? If not, skip that. It's not worth it if you're not going to use it. AND: is your mom going to pay for the cell phone..or for the service each month? That's a good question to ask. Think about which one you want the most--then you might be able to decide. I think you should talk to your mom and tell her what you wanna do, if you want a new cell phone instead of a second hole (which i think is better than a second hole) then you should deff. should get a new cell! But you should ask her if can pay for the laptop so you can save that money for college..maybe she'll say yes. idk try it.
