xShOrTiEx answered Saturday January 1 2005, 2:13 pm: ignore it and if it gets too bad, then tell people to shut the eff up. Rumors can be spread but sooner or later people will get sick of hearing them. [ xShOrTiEx's advice column | Ask xShOrTiEx A Question ]
dancinqueen08 answered Friday December 31 2004, 9:48 pm: Sorry, but you should have expected that when you did whatever you did at the parties. The rumors will go away eventually, but you just have to wait them out. You've got to deal with the consequences of your actions. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's the truth. ICE11BLUE answered Friday December 31 2004, 9:13 pm: You can't do anything about it. You did something at parties, now you gotta own up to the outcome. People are going to talk. I suggest doing whatever you do in private with your other chicky friends if it really really bothers you that others gotta talk. Don't do it where others can see. They probably think that you want the attention and are looking for the lesbian label for attention. So don't ask for the attention. It's up to you. Danigurl answered Friday December 31 2004, 8:33 pm: If you look back on how many rumors have gone around you will see that they only last a couple of weeks. But it all depends on how you act about it. If you care to much then people will see that and they will keep spreading rumors because they see that it bothers you and they may think its true becuase you can act insecure. But if you let it go and just let the rumor go around then it will stop in a couple of days and people would think that who ever spreaded it is really pathetic. Just live the life you did when the rumor didnt go around. And next time watch for what you say it could get around what a small world. [ Danigurl's advice column | Ask Danigurl A Question ]
sohojules26 answered Friday December 31 2004, 8:13 pm: One, w/e u did at the party, don't do it again, and Two, flirt with guys and act very FRIENDly to your friends, so it wont seem like you guys are lesbians, and when people tease you and crap, just say, You can think that if you want or something like that [ sohojules26's advice column | Ask sohojules26 A Question ]
CaLiEnTeBaYbEe answered Friday December 31 2004, 8:12 pm: ok...take it from me...me and my best friend spreaded a rumor about these two girls we were friends with....we got mad because they were talking about us behind our back and they ALWAYS were together....so we got mad and we just said that they were lesbians....*big mistake.....karmas a bitch...* but anyways.....the way they handled it....they acted like it didnt bother them ONE bit....and it got around to other schools and everything..but it blew over real fast because they acted like nothing happened....so just be like WHATEVER because the girls who started it are probably jealous of you and your friends...so stick close with your friends and youll get through it....
