AsKmE135 answered Thursday December 30 2004, 8:17 pm: There's this really good exercise i learned in karate, but you have to have a friend/family member help you.. You lay on ur back and hold onto their ankles (they are standing up) and put ur feet straight up in the air and then they throw your feet down and you can't let them touch the ground. Then you raise your feet back up and they throw them down again. Keep repeating that. And have them throw your feet to the sides too, it's even harder and works your abs really well.
