I dont mean to have a blonde moment here, what what the heck is a stick shift???

The transmission. You have to switch gears using the "stick". The car doesn't do it by itself.

it's in cars where u have to shift gears urself instead of the car doing it for you like in race cars (plz rate) trix .. plus dont worri bout them blonde moments.. i get em all the time.. I actually one time asked what sunroof was.. eh.. ya im a blonde to! its all good tho! haha

A stick shift is another term for a manual transmission in a car in which the driver changes gears manually by pushing down on the clutch pedal and moves the gear stick into the desired gear. It is the opposite of the automatic transmission in which the gears of the car shift automatically when in DRIVE.

Depending on which way people put it. The perverted way would be a guy's "member" while it's up. The non perverted way is this: An automotive transmission with a shift lever operated by hand. Hope this helped. And, don't mind anonYmous... he's a dick.
