First you need to get yourself a domain. I wouldn't bother paying for your own one (like: www.yourname.com) Go to a free website builder and choose the advanced option. Now, go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and get your url shortened so that instead of say: www.websitename.com/members/yourname you can have something like: www.yourname.vze.com.
