I went to amifat.com and it says im not fat. but im not as skinny as other girls. i want to lose 15-20 pounds. Does anyone have any tips or success stories?

If these other girls are the same size as you and yet are 20 pounds lighter, it is because they have a problem, not because you do.<p>
Your problem is not your weight, it is your self esteem. There is, of course, benefit to becoming healthier by eating better and doing more exercise. But don't do this to be skinnier or as skinny than those girls, do it for you - you are not valuable because of how you compare to somebody else. Learn to love yourself. Avoid fatty foods and sweets, as they will make you larger. Just don't become anorexic, and don't stop eating. Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. Also, eating breakfast can help speed up your metabolism.
