how do u know if u have athsma. i think i do b/c i play sports & when we do conditioning after like 3 sprints i like cant breath i think its b/c my parents smoke alot & i have to be around it :-( can sum1 tell me how u know if u have it

But my dad smokes, and I have trouble breathing after running, but not after 3 sprints. Are you overweight? If so, that could have something to do with it. Beccers_boo answered Tuesday November 23 2004, 2:09 pm: My sister has the smallest bit of ashma... biut her symptoms weren't that strong. I think it is a definite cause of your parents smoking. I would say go to a doctor and ask for a perscription inhaler. also whne your parents smoke... try not to be around it.
