There is this boy who's a good friend of mine. I am not sure if I "like" him but he's really cool and we have alot in common. The other day, one of his friends came up to me and told me that the boy I kinda like likes me. I don't know whether to believe him or not. He seems kind of trustworthy and the guy really seems to be dropping hints he likes me but would a relationship ruin our friendship?

Well yes and no, having a friendship is good because its a good foundation to build on if you think you can take that extra step but if you do go further and it ends then ur friendship will end as well/

it depends weither u like him or not. you really have to decide if its worth ur friendship. if you tell him 'no i can't go out with u' then things will still be weird between u 2. if u tell him yes and go out with him then their might be a chance

You always have to be prepared for that possibility. It doesn't mean that relationships with friends always end tragically, but you have to know that it could happen. You can either go for it and end up messing it up, or not and wondering what it would have been like to be with them. Realize your feelings now before you make a mistake.

well sometimes relationships do ruin friendships but if you talked to him about it and maybe in the beginning you say that if it doesn't work out you will stay friends and take the relationship slow in teh beginning and see where you go from there

I think you should go for it! If you break up you 2 can always go back to being friends. Now this boy who told you that the boy you kinda like likes you. I dont think you should believe him. Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. go up to the boy you kinda like and ask him if he likes you, or get one of your friends to ask him. But dont be shy, Go out there and get what you want, dont wait for it to come to you.

If your asking if it would end of yall liked eachother, then no. If your asking if yalls relationship would end if yall dated, then that's totally different. It all depends on how your relationship ends if yall break up. I'm friends with all my ex boyfriends. At least the one's I see anyways. It most likely won't as long as yall both keep being eachother and if you are worried about it then make a promise with him that if yall do date and break up then you still want to remain friends with him, even if it means not being as close. -Kayla
