PERMIT
has anyone failed their permit test? i am going to get mine this friday and i was just wanting to know what i should expect. like, what kind of questions will they ask? i know people say they are just common sense questions and to choose the answer that they would think and not what you would think. lol..i know thats confusing but..i was just wondering what questions that it asks. thanks!

Hey, I'm TERRIBLE at taking tests, and I only missed one question on the permit test. I believe it's mostly common sense questions, and make sure you know your road signs, and what to do if your car has braking issues. I believe that was the one I missed. Just review your driving manual or whatever, and you should be fine. Don't freak. Good luck, and I hope this helps!

awww.. dont worry, i ALMOST failed it, i got a 70 on my permit test and a 73 on the driving one, but passing is passing! just know basic stuff, its not hard i promise, i didn't study (obviously)... its really important to know what all the signs mean (construction, merge etc) also stuff like the left lane is the fast lane so it has the priority and the difference between yellow marks and white, its not that bad, just as long as you know the basic stuff like when your parents drive and what not you should be just fine

There...should be an online DMV site that you could look at. There is in Virginia. Mine, they just had sample quizes...and I took them a few times. Honestly, you just have to think. Make sure to study the signs over and over until you get them. But...as for the actual test. Just study the pamphet a bit. I mean, I went to bed at like...4 in the morning. Woke up at 7, and took the test, and passed. Sooo....unless you really haven't paid attention while someone is driving, I think you'll be fine.

OMGSH! i have the best thing for u to do...my dad told me n all of my friends and we passed wen we did this..he said stand back with your arms crossed n just look at it n relax n itll help! but make sure u study the book!and everything should be okay! good luck!it should tell u wut to expect in the book ours did but i dunno where u live so it might be different

Dont worry. I have heard you have to be a complete dip to do bad. Its all common sense. Not only that, but there are retarded answers to these multiple choice questions. I can't give specific questions, but you dont need to study hardcore to do well.

my friend took the test and she said that she said they were pretty much common sense questions such as: what do u do at a green light? what do u do at a yellow light? what do u do at a red light? things such as that but she also said there was a question about how far u have 2 be away from a truck! i hope u looked over and read ur manual throughly and good luck 2 u on ur test!

Mostly road signs. My sister said it was a very easy test, but she also was studying like crazy. Just study all your notes and stuff from drivers ed. It won't be that hard. I mean, you took a class for it (well, where we live you have to take drivers ed before getting a permit) Good luck with that though. <3 K a t e <3
