go to the weight room alot...like if you have time work out every day for atleast 30 minutes... you can put some dung bells in you room and just do like 3 sets of how many you need a day and once a week go to the gym...for your legs do squats... hope this helps
PresleyPizzelanti answered Saturday November 13 2004, 11:28 pm: i hope your a guy, bc a 5'11 girl at 165lbs would be quite a chunk of girl.. anyhow, exercise helps, lift weights, thats why all those weight lifting guys are buff and not 'looking thin' eat a lot.. especially protein, sleep a lot too [ PresleyPizzelanti's advice column | Ask PresleyPizzelanti A Question ]

I have a friend your height! Shes only 15! I wish I was your height. But anyways, you DO NOT need to put on weight at all. If you check on am-i-fat.com it says you are perfect and you should stay just the way you are. :)
