How do I get them to leave me alone? Ok, ok. I admit it. I'm not eating enough. But no one will leave me alone about it! I have this one teacher who's about to call my mom. I seriously don't want to eat more, but if everyone (like my mom) gets on my case about it, I will have no choice! I'm doing well losing weight! I have never looked better! And if everyone gets involved I'm gonna gain it back. Everyone always asks "What did you eat today" And when I say "nothing" they get all mad. How do I get them to leave me alone? (Please don't be like everyone else and tell me it's not good for me) I just want to know how to get them off my back. I would lie but I'm a bad liar. Thanks.

HEY! personally i think that you should b on a diet if u wanna but to prevent them from asking the question "what did u eat today" and u saying "nothing" instead u can go on a fruits diet! eat fruits when you get hungry so when they ask you what did u eat u can say "FRUITS AND I AM PROUD!" (lol) neway confront them say well honestly i think that this diet is working for me so i intend to stay on it! or u can take my advice and og on a fruits diet! HELLO!!! make them think you are lol! ok int he morning get a plate put a little bit of cereal and milk and leave it in the table as if you ate. make food and eat it somewhere else. if they make you sit with them chew it a bit and spit it on a napkin when they dont see you but pretend you are wiping your mouth.when they ask you what you ate make up stuff!!!!!

hey i have a problem to but it is not about eating i think you should just tell them it's ur body and you can do whatever youw ant with it and if they really cared about you they would be there for u 100 percent. ]
I know you don't want to hear about how bad it is for you, you are already aware of that, obviously. I recommend eating more but eating healthy items. Try getting some fat free salad dressing and eating fresh lettuce and spinach salads every day. The calories are almost non-existent and you'll be getting more nutrients and fiber to keep you bowels working properly. Maybe for breakfast you can just have a piece of fruit. This should make them feel a little better about your diet without compromising everything you're working for. ]

If your happy with how you look why do you keep starving yourself?A good way to stop starving is to eat a little bit more everyday. If you eat alot after starving for a while then you'll gain weight. Tell your friends and family that your gonna stop with anorexia then they'll probably get off yuor back. ]
okay im not here to tell u that its "bad"... it would only be not good for u if u got like tooo skinny to the point where u were like skin and bonez... but i totally agree with u that itz your choice and that YOU wanna loose wieght not them! ... and about getttin them off your back.. tell them that its your body and that you feel healthy and that you dooing fine and tehre is nothing to worry about! ... and that if there was a problem then u would come to them.

Can i be honest. I don't think you have a disorder because you are admitting it. I had an extreme eating disorder but it took me 2 1/2 years after i got over it to even admit i was skinny at the time. I think you might either be jsut experimenting, or possibly lying, but i don't know you so i cannot say, but just if people ask, tell them to fuck off cuz it's none of there business

I hate to be the person who tells you this, but it sounds like you have anorexia nervosa. If you keep this up you will literally DIE. Obviously you look terrible if your teacher is getting involved- skin and bones. Skinny isn't attractive- it's UGLY! You need help to get through this. There are easier ways of losing weight that won't kill you- instead of 3 big meals, eat 6 small meals a day, drink a ton of water to speed up your metabolism, avoid high calorie foods, and exercise 5 days a week. Hang in there! ]

well i think that wat ur doin it right if u think it is but u should just tell that what one of your friends ate so they wont bother you as much. my mom does the same thing but i do the oppositte of what u do i eat everything i can. i try to stop but i cant. i look just fine because im in such great shape.im a bad liar too so i would just tryin lying it might help or u could just eat somethin really small ]
I think you should eat at least 3 good meals during the day, and to loose weight theres other ways than starving urself.. but if u wanna go without eating (i know u dont want to hear it) but its not healthy.. if u just eat at least 3 good meals or even 2 you'll still loose weight but be healthy, like eat breakfast lunch and dinner.. or just lunch and dinner ]
as bad as it is 4 u, i understand how bad hard it is on u. when they ask u if u ate then say yes and if they ask wut u ate then just say like some cookies or some pringles or something. hope i helped ya! ]
if you cant lie then dont and eat and excercise so then you dont gain anything...
