Hot water!
Hot water is the key! Take a nice hot bath. Trst this has happened to me! ]
hm well for me always have to lay on my stomach and then lift up on my arms and it strecthes out my back pretty go0od! ]
I like to lean over (while sitting down) and put my head on my knees. Or if that doesnt work, try going to the back docter.. ]
Try getting a heating pad and putting it on your lower back..it works..trust me ;) ]
bend down n touch your toes!!! ]
Those thermacare back heating pads help alot, if you sleep with that on, it will relieve the pain for a bit. And like others have said, definitely do stretches, and maybe work your lower back at the gym to strengthen muscles more. ]
have yu ever danced? done gymnastics? no1 would give a shit yu lil ass! ooo, ur back hurts. big woop! get over it fucker!
waaa, go call the wambulance you little baby! ]
what you should do is put a warm pack on it then a cold pack if that dose not work just sterch alot more befor you go to bball pactictis! ]
well u can always sit on the ground and do a runners stretch. u start sitting down. then u pick one leg up and cross it over the other one. so one leg should still be completely on the ground and the other leg's foot should be on the ground, crossed over ur leg. if u crossed ur left leg, then u turn to the left and vise versa. u can also lie down on the ground and then bring one leg over top of the other while ur shoulders are still on the ground. its very hard 2 explain, but i hope i helped a little bit. if all else fails, just stand up and try to touch ur toes. ]
Tylenol problay won't help you if your problem is inflamation. Tylenol has NO anti-inflammatory properties. Ibuprofen or Naproxen, however, ARE anti-inflammatories. You might consider alternating applying ice for 10 minutes, then heat for 10mintues, and continue this for an hour or two to help refresh blood to the area. Stretches would including sitting on the floor and reaching for your toes. Also pulling up one knee and twisting your torso towards that knee (pull up right leg, reach with left arm across your body and past the knee - then switch). Another thought would be to see if you can't talk someone into working on your back either via massage or rolling tennis balls around in the sore area. Hope you feel better soon. ]
