Go out with the guys friend. If the other guy is a close friend of yours and he doesnt like you back or maybe even if he does, if things go wrong you'll loose a bff. So see how things go with his friend and if all fails, you still have the other guy as a good friend.

You don't want to lose any of them as friends, so be careful. Hang out with them both and pick the one you get along better with and have more in common with, remember looks arent everything!
