Why is it that whenever i try to view someone's advice column this message appears on the web page rather than the column...
"No column was found with the specified username, or there was an error in the username specified. If you'd like this name for yourself, register at Advicenators.com and start your own free advice column!"
Your knowledge would be appreciated..
S_C answered Wednesday November 3 2004, 3:11 pm: because somehow you typed in the the username incorrectly, retype it, and make sure that it's the one you are actually looking for. You have to be exact when it comes to spelling, capitilization, and spaces. [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]
selectopaque answered Wednesday November 3 2004, 12:51 am: That depends. Most of the time it's because a user has either an underscore (_) or a space ( ) in their username. Those two things mess up the username, which is clearly stated when you go to register for this site. But people still continue to put spaces and underscores in their usernames. People will have a hard time getting to their column. Oh well. [ selectopaque's advice column | Ask selectopaque A Question ]
