how do u lose weight

ok i have a problem..wel its not really a problem but i wanna lose about 10 pounds but i dont now how to?

start walking maybe a mile every other day... then jog, eventually try and run it... it's just hard to get to that endurance. eat less sugars and fats, drink more water, and not only will you look better, you'll feel amazing too...

i've given this advice four times now, and the others seemed to think it helped, so here i go. i lost 7 lbs and a pant size in a little over a week with this routine. it's not torture and it works. instead of snacking on junk, whenever you want a snack, eat a carrot or an apple, or something. you should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, but more vegetables than fruits. fruits have natural sugar in them, it's not as bad as other sugars,but vegies are better :)
and if you don't wanna do crunches, then don't, they won't give you a flat tummy, they'll actually make you bigger, all it does is make your abs big, but you'd still have your pudge over them. instead you should walk 3 days a week, on a treadmill, or outside(i prefer outside cuz i get the fresh air) and that's all you need to do. so give it a shot, it's not hard at all!

ok an easy way to loose weight would just b to eat 3 meals and nothing junk foodish... although every now and then yew can eat a LITTLE junk food snack.. drink alot of water.. and exersize alot.. then in no tyme yew should have lost that 10 pounds! easy as that

You can eat your 3 meals, no junk food in between, only drink water, dont eat after 6, and exercise and lose 10 lbs! My cousin did that and it worked for him.

well diets rnt tht healthy, soo i mean u knw do some exercising and eat smaller portions of food, and make sure they rnt really unhealthy besides tht it might take a lil bit but u will be healthier and loose some pounds! if u really wanna go on a diet or thts not workin try JennyCraig its a diet program it costs alot of money but it works, my aunt just lost 50 pounds, they say u loose 2 to 3 pounds in 1 week! and u get to eat normal food, they provide it for u.

Well, I am sure you are fully aware that diet and excersise is the way to do it. But, some of us are not the greatest with that. If your like me, then there is another way. Try drinking a lot of water everyday. I mean a lot. Yes, you will have to pee more than usaul, but it will wash out unnessasary stuff quikly. The pounds may not decrease instantly, but if you stick with it, you will see results.
