Well maybe you should do all your work before/after cheerleading. Or when you have breaks! Yes you need to manage your time...or maybe even quit a few things but dont quit cheer!!

Well maybe you should get a tutor, cuz if you dont improve your grades then you will be kicked off the cheer team anyhow and then you will have all the time you need for school but i am sure you dont want it to come to that. at PHS we have all kinds of things to get your grades up and what not. in any event, ask your teachers if they know of a tutorial program perhaps i dont know... Good Luck!

Try spending just as much time as you do with cheerleading a night on homework or more. I had the same problem with football, but i started going to school a half hour earlier and doing my homework in the morning. Soon i got sick of that, so i just did regular homework at lunch and finished big projects whenever possible. Think about it, and if you cant find any possible solution than talk to your coach, and have her come up with something. GoOd luck

I'm a freshman too and i understand what you are going through. You should learn to manage your time just like your sister said. Cheerleading has nothing to do with your problem so don't worry about dropping out. Make little post-its or write on your hand what your homework is and if it helps listen to music to relax yourself. Call up a friend if you need help but don't concentrate on that one homework assignment. Do all your other homework first then call your friend cuz u guys might end up talkin abuot boys and school....if u have a boyfriend have him "go study" with you if u have ne classes together. that way ur doing ur homework and having fun @ the same time with ur sweetheart. Trust Me. don't let ur grades drop...especially freshmen year cuz theyre really important. email me and let me know how everything goes. lakergurl4eva008@yahoo.com Best of Luck!!

Right when you get home from school, do what you need to do (shower, eat) and start doing homework. Whenever you have free time do your work. Ask your teachers if there is any extra credit you could do, to raise up those grades. Study for tests, and all that good stuff. Hope I helped..
