Your video card may not meet the requirements for the game. Make sure you have the latest drivers. If that doesn't work you may need to look into getting a new video card. I have an ATI Radeon 9200 and I'm very happy with the graphics in my game. They're around 80 dollars at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
