i want abs badly i want a major six pack wut is a quick way to get some i dont care wut it takes i just want to see some change wut excercises can be done for abs???
_fLyAwAYy_ answered Sunday October 17 2004, 7:38 pm: well, there is rilli no way to get abs quicky...i'm sry 2 say. go 2 ur local gym 2 work out and also do a lot of sports. i do dance and i have a nice stomach cuz i work out and do stretches for strength/flexibility. do a lil work out evry day and u shud see some improvements! :)

Maybe start with like 50 a day& do like 2 sets a day. When it starts feeling like it's not doing anything, increase the amount of them you do. Goodluck!
