Laura answered Thursday October 14 2004, 10:07 am: Yep, probably heal spurs. My grandpa has/had them. They give you shots in your heal I think and that dulls the pain for awhile, until you get a new shot. See the doctor and have him x-ray (take pictures of) your foot. Good luck!
Soris answered Thursday October 14 2004, 7:50 am: That sounds like heel spurs, where calcium builds up on the back of the bone inside your heel. Next time you see a doctor, ask them to check your heel, and if it's still a problem, have your foot x-rayed. [ Soris's advice column | Ask Soris A Question ]
